Digital Products & Online Courses

All sales of digital downloads, online courses, and other digital products are final. Due to the nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Hair Tools, Accessories & Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of hair tools, accessories, and hair care products are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives damaged during shipping.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must:

• Email erinn723@gmail.com within 24 hours of opening your package.

• Include your order number.

• Attach clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The original packaging

  • Any visible shipping damage

Claims submitted after 24 hours of opening the package may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
